About the Job

This role offers structured learning and organisational support to give you a real‑world work experience starting point. You will be embedded in a work‑stream or department, shadowing staff, attending meetings and workshops, and gaining exposure to different functions within procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and urgency, keeping them updated on progress.
  • Serve as the central contact for suppliers and end‑user queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
  • Provide general administrative, research and support tasks.
  • Receive work briefs from a Mentor or Specialist and organise tasks to produce deliverables.
  • Execute project work efficiently, both individually and collaboratively.
  • Produce clear and logical reports in MS Word or PowerPoint.
  • Deliver quality work that informs project solutions for the client.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma or Degree in Auditing, Finance, Law or Supply Chain Management.

Experience: 0–1 years in auditing, internal controls, finance, supply chain, compliance or legal environments. Exposure to PFMA or other public‑sector regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
