Job Description
As an Insurance Retention Agent you will work directly with existing customers to support and enhance their experience with FNB’s insurance products. Your role will involve performing a range of retention activities such as cross‑selling, offering alternative solutions, resolving complaints, and educating clients about product benefits. You will be an important part of our team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly retention targets.
- Maintain accurate, timely administrative records.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Adhere to risk and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively in a team while managing your own workload.
- Align actions with FNB values and cultural standards.
- Excel in retention activities, policy reinstatements, policy reviews, upselling, and policy cancellations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in policy retention.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in short‑term insurance.
- RE qualification.
- Short‑term insurance qualification (essential).
- Matric (high school) certificate (essential).
