Job Description
FNB is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our Commercial National Sales and Service team in Randburg. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email and live chat, ensuring full resolution.
- Follow up with customers and other stakeholders until issues are resolved.
- Make outbound calls to collect missing documents or follow up on incomplete cases.
- Adhere to schedules and meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and report risks or compliance issues for investigation.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Support a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or higher.
- NQF Level 5 qualification that is FAIS accredited (mandatory).
- At least one year of call centre or customer service experience in the financial services sector.
