About the Role
TIH is a leading South African financial services provider. As a Broker Support Agent, you will assist the Product Manager in building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries. Your day‑to‑day tasks will involve handling policy documents, responding to queries, and coordinating with various internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve intermediary enquiries regarding policies and services.
- Prepare and issue policies, endorsements, new business, and renewal documents.
- Route and manage internal enquiries to teams such as Risk Desk, FAC Desk, Survey, and Claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or SAQA‑accredited equivalent (required).
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates are encouraged. Prior exposure to insurance or customer support is an advantage.
