Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa

Job Purpose

Assist the Manager and department staff by capturing data, updating technical documents, and handling general office administration tasks.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Carry out general office administration to support the Senior Manager in daily operations.
  • Requisition stationery and manage staff administration functions.
  • Arrange travel for the Manager and staff when required.
  • Track department training needs, schedule sessions, and ensure no overdue training.
  • Take minutes, produce statistical graphs, and prepare reports.
  • Investigate and correct weekly budget discrepancies.
  • Coordinate staff administration and travel arrangements as directed by the Manager.
  • Schedule meetings, take, type, and distribute minutes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Office), MIS and SAP knowledge.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Basic financial skills.
  • Good understanding of the SAA Technical Organization.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Typing proficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
