Job Purpose
Assist the Manager and department staff by capturing data, updating technical documents, and handling general office administration tasks.
Principal Accountabilities
- Carry out general office administration to support the Senior Manager in daily operations.
- Requisition stationery and manage staff administration functions.
- Arrange travel for the Manager and staff when required.
- Track department training needs, schedule sessions, and ensure no overdue training.
- Take minutes, produce statistical graphs, and prepare reports.
- Investigate and correct weekly budget discrepancies.
- Coordinate staff administration and travel arrangements as directed by the Manager.
- Schedule meetings, take, type, and distribute minutes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Proficient PC skills (MS Office), MIS and SAP knowledge.
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic financial skills.
- Good understanding of the SAA Technical Organization.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Typing proficiency.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
