About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Events Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and post‑event review of internal and external events. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all stages of events from initial planning to post‑event analysis.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Oversee venue set‑up and breakdown, including décor, equipment, and technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and inventory.
- Prepare comprehensive event reports and uphold compliance with Tsebo’s SHEQ standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Competent financial administration, including budgeting and invoicing.

- Adaptable and efficient at managing multiple priorities.
- Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12 (mandatory). Diploma in Events Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years in corporate event coordination.
