Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage day‑to‑day maintenance operations, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and report on project progress and building maintenance. This role is essential for keeping our work environment safe, functional, and well maintained. The successful applicant will be analytical, solution focused, detailed oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange project meetings for store closures, refurbishments, rightsizing, and relocations.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Create and manage WhatsApp groups for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues, and offer timely solutions.
- Conduct post‑mortems with contractors after each project.
- Digitise all project documents (quotes, invoices, budgets, reconciliations).
- Update all project checklists every Friday, covering every required aspect.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills

Minimum Requirements
- Matric with a Business Administration qualification or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

- Understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Detail‑oriented, discreet, and professional.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent time management; able to work under pressure and overtime when required.
- Willingness to work onsite and commute daily to the office.
