Role Overview
The Musketeer is a dynamic field professional who brings the Red Bull brand to life in the on‑premise environment. As the face of the brand, you will build and nurture relationships with a range of stakeholders—bar owners, managers, promoters, agencies and the wider local community. You will identify business opportunities, deliver on‑site brand activations, and drive sales of our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Ambassador: Represent Red Bull consistently with a premium brand image. Build credibility and trust in all interactions with key people in the on‑premise sector.
- Territory Management: Understand every detail of your territory. Plan, execute, and optimise brand activities, including events, promotions and creative activations.
- Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure win‑win partnerships with venues, promoters and other creative partners to expand brand presence.
- Performance Tracking: Collect data, analyse results, and report on sales impact, attendance and brand lift. Use insights to refine future programmes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing teams, creative partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Flexibility: Deliver results on nights, weekends and holidays when on‑premise activity peaks.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, nightlife, or FMCG.
- Strong relationships or knowledge of the local on‑premise ecosystem.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced field environment.
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
- Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical skills—capable of interpreting sales and customer data.
- Street smart: Understand different audience groups and adapt communication accordingly.
- Effective negotiation and listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Competencies in iOS and Microsoft Office.
