Role Overview

As a core processor within one of our Operations Functional Areas, you will deliver high‑quality, compliant processing for both corporate and retail clients. Your work will support FNZ’s global service standards and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Provide best‑in‑class operational services, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and support global collaboration.
  • Process:
    • Perform daily processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
    • Deliver KPI/KRI outcomes, preventing failures through quality controls.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement programmes.
    • Manage risk reporting, compliance, and operational controls.
    • Maintain accurate reporting of client assets and funds.
  • People:
    • Support training requirements and professional development.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration and ethical decision‑making.
    • Communicate clearly with all relevant parties.
    • Adhere to mandatory training and FNZ culture standards.

Functional Area Focuses

  • Static Data & Pricing (APAC): Manage product data, coordinate with vendors, and support customer data needs.
  • Dealing (APAC): Handle order placement, monitoring, and production control.
  • Transfers: Execute daily platform holdings transfers, manage stock transfer forms, and coordinate registration.
  • Corporate Actions: Process mandatory and voluntary actions, source information, and reconcile holdings.
  • Settlements & Payments (APAC): Manage cash transactions, FX trades, ledger movements, and regulatory reporting.
  • Reconciliations: Perform asset and cash reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve breaks.

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a numerate discipline.
  • Experience in wealth management platform operations.
  • Client‑service experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the platform industry and asset servicing.
  • Technical operational knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Change management experience.
  • Understanding of risk and compliance policies.
  • Familiarity with regional regulations.
