About the Job

We are looking for a friendly, professional waiter to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver polite, efficient and professional service that satisfies customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, bar area, kitchen and all equipment.
• Manage costs and expenses to support the financial efficiency of beverages and food.
• Plan and follow work procedures to keep service smooth and set realistic schedules.
• Develop your skills and take ownership of your personal growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Matric qualification.
• Previous experience in hospitality or catering preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work quickly and stay professional in a fast‑paced environment.
