About the Job

Your role will be to maintain and repair the facilities across our Johannesburg office. You will work closely with the talent team and other departments to provide quick, reliable solutions and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs such as carpentry and drywall fixes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks – cleaning, painting, floor inspections and equipment upkeep.
• Build and install cabinets, counters, closets, and other fixtures.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues using analytical thinking and quick problem‑solving.
• Use MS Office and other building‑maintenance applications for documentation and reporting.
• Follow all safety regulations, store materials properly and comply with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management and other stakeholders about repair needs and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Completion of a handyman or related trade course is an advantage.
• Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
