About the Programme
The Graduate Engineering Programme offers emerging engineers a chance to gain hands‑on experience, develop professional skills, and work in multidisciplinary environments across the NECSA Group. Participants will rotate through key departments, take part in real projects, receive mentorship, and build a foundation for long‑term career success.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering projects.
- Interpret and apply technical drawings, models, and specifications.
- Assist in design, implementation, testing and optimisation of systems.
- Perform engineering analyses, collect data, and prepare technical reports.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and training milestones.
- Participate in mentorship, development sessions and rotations.
Requirements
- South African citizen, aged 18‑35.
- Bachelor’s degree (BEng/BSc Eng) in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Control & Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- Strong academic record in core engineering subjects.
- No prior full‑time work experience required; internships or research projects welcome.
- Computer literate with familiarity in CAD, simulation or modelling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Team player, curious, adaptable, and leadership‑potentialed.
