Key Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and coordinate project activities.
• Taking notes and issuing necessary documentation.
• Liaising with clients to clarify requirements, scope and objectives.
• Tracking progress, identifying issues and removing blockers in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Maintaining project documentation, plans and regular reports.
• Assisting with resource allocation and timeline creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organised and capable of multitasking across several projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Skill in preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules and action plans.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience or familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp, JIRA or Zoho Projects.
• Matric certificate or equivalent, with relevant training or certifications in project management preferred.
