About the Role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our 2‑year graduate program in Instrumentation Engineering. The role will give you hands‑on experience with instrumentation and control systems, data analysis, and cross‑functional project work – all within a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze large data sets to support business decisions.
  • Identify and implement improvements to instrumentation and control systems for greater reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, marketing, and operations to align data and analytics with business objectives.
  • Shadow senior engineers, technicians, and operations staff to understand system functions.
  • Provide technical support to operations as needed.
  • Assist in planning, data analysis, and coordination of mining projects, and compile reports and assessments.

What You Need

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree in Instrumentation Engineering (Instrumentation & Control) or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • No prior work experience required.
  • Familiarity with DCS or PLC systems is an advantage.
