About the Role

Join our KFC team as a Food Service Team Member. In this role you will be responsible for preparing all KFC products in line with KFC standard operating procedures. You will also maintain strict health and safety standards, ensuring every product is served to our customers exactly as they expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook KFC products using the approved KFC standards and procedures when instructed by the manager.
• Portion ingredients and cooked products according to KFC procedures.
• Monitor product quality by checking expiration dates and times for each product.
• Use product holding equipment correctly, respecting holding times and temperatures.
• Clean and sanitise food preparation and storage areas, equipment, and utensils following all standard procedures and schedules.
• Capture and record product preparation details, monitoring product quality throughout.
• Adhere to Yum’s culture principles and maintain a high level of product quality.
• Ensure every customer is satisfied by delivering products to KFC standards.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast‑moving food service environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain consistency.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
