General Worker – Shift Assistant

Role Purpose
Your main responsibility will be to support the production team in running daily operations efficiently and safely. You will help ensure that the finished products meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all routine production tasks.
- Carry and move items up to 50 kg safely.
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Complete any tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training (about one month).
- Be flexible for shift work and overtime when required.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent (literacy and numeracy).
- Basic computer literacy.
Required Experience
- At least 3 months of previous experience working in a production environment.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 kg.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Quick problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
