Position Summary

As a Control Room Operator in our Coal Logistics Business Unit, you will be responsible for operating and inspecting machines, plants, equipment and related tools. You will work with the Bulk Material Services team to ensure safe, efficient and quality production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute production activities.
• Maintain high standards of safety, health, environment and quality.
• Support training and development initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge

• Time‑management and basic planning.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) preparation.
• Understanding of relevant policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Fundamental knowledge of legislative acts: OHS Act, ISO 14001 & 9001, OHSA 18001 and PFMA.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, permit systems and operating principles.
