Overview
Clicks Group is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Wellness Assistant to join our team at Clicks Bara Mall. The role is entry‑level and focuses on delivering excellent customer service, advising on health and nutrition products, and helping to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable advice on healthcare, nutrition and supplementation products.
- Assist customers with questions and recommend suitable products.
- Use cross‑selling and upselling techniques to meet sales targets.
- Maintain stock levels in the healthcare aisles, following rotation and risk‑management rules.
- Keep the store hygienic and clean to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Set up product displays and merchandising according to company guidelines.
- Follow all store standard operating procedures and safety policies.
- Help new staff by sharing product knowledge and store practices.
Knowledge Needed
- Basic knowledge of health, fitness and supplement products (desirable).
- Understanding of retail store operations such as stock management and merchandising (essential).
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Strong sales and persuasive abilities.
- Merchandising techniques to display products attractively.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.

Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or customer‑service experience.
- Training in selling and customer service (essential).
- Experience with sports nutrition or vitamin products is desirable.
Education
- Matric: pass in English (50%), Maths or Maths & Literature (60%) and a pass in Physical Science or Life Science (essential).
- Sports, fitness or nutrition qualification (desirable).
