Position Overview

The GRV Clerk is responsible for accurately capturing all supplier invoices, claims, and returns within the established deadlines. This role ensures that all Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) and related documentation are processed efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify supplier invoices, claims, and return documents.
• Ensure all GRVs are captured accurately and submitted on time.
• Maintain clear and organized records of all transactions.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments as needed.
• Assist with related administrative tasks to support the procurement process.

Requirements

• Training or experience in capturing Goods Received Vouchers and related tasks.
• Clear criminal record.
• Matric NSC Pass (matric certificate must be included in your CV).
• No drug use.
