Job Purpose

Bidvest International Logistics invites unemployed South African youth to join our YES Programme for 2025. This initiative, in partnership with government, aims to reduce youth unemployment by providing structured training and work experience in the logistics industry.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent
• South African citizen
• Age 18–34
• Aligned to the EE requirements of the Programme
• Available for full‑time work for 12 months
• Strong interest in transport and logistics
• Unemployed (no current employment)
• Not enrolled in academic studies for 2024 or during the Programme
• First‑time applicant to the YES Programme with any company
• Holder of a valid Code 08 driver’s licence
• Basic computer literacy

Key Responsibilities

• Commit to a 12‑month YES Programme comprising 25 theoretical and practical modules
• Complete all modules on the YES Platform and submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion
