Bidvest International Logistics is launching the YES Programme for 2025 – a government‑partnered initiative designed to reduce youth unemployment. This is a fixed‑term contract (12 months) that offers on‑the‑job training, practical experience and professional development in the logistics sector.

About the Programme

The YES Programme includes 25 modules of theoretical learning and hands‑on work. Participants will complete all modules on the YES platform and submit a portfolio of evidence at the end of the programme.

Who Should Apply?

• Unemployed South African citizens aged 18‑34
• Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent
• No enrolment in academic studies during the programme
• Never participated in a YES Programme with any company
• Code 08 driver’s licence required
• Strong interest in the transport and logistics industry
• Available for full‑time work for 12 months
• Aligned with the EE requirements of the programme

• Commit to a 12‑month training cycle covering practical and theoretical components
• Complete all required modules on the YES platform
• Submit a portfolio of evidence upon programme completion
