Key Responsibilities

• Product & Service Information: Provide basic information about products and services and answer straightforward customer inquiries.
• Customer Needs Clarification: Conduct customer interviews using a standard sales script to clarify their requirements.
• Resolving Customer Issues: Respond to simple customer concerns.
• CRM Data Management: Enter customer details into the CRM system at the point of purchase to support follow‑up sales and service actions.
• Sell Customer Propositions: Explain product features and terms of sale, and encourage purchase.
• Customer Service: Perform basic tasks such as data entry, filing, or photocopying, and interact courteously with customers.
• Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory and internal codes of conduct.
• Personal Capability Building: Participate in assessments, development plans, training and coaching to refine your skills.
• Work Scheduling & Allocation: Adhere to the assigned schedule.

Qualifications

Education: Grade 12 or SAQA accredited equivalent (essential).

Experience: 1 year of panel beating Experience is an advantage.
