Job Description

We are seeking a motivated New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the sale of pre‑owned vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with our standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify solutions to operational problems and report any unresolved issues.
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to established service level agreements.
  • Provide timely reporting on transaction activity to support decision‑making.
  • Follow governance and compliance processes consistently.
  • Offer advice and support to customers to maintain high service standards.
  • Support the design, development, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to boost new vehicle sales.
  • Negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and follow up with customers for exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with FICA, POPI, and the Customer Protection Act.
  • Process leads and pursue potential sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain financial accuracy to prevent losses.
  • Deliver high‑quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to a culture of outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid South African driver’s licence.
