Job Purpose

Coordinate statistical and general knowledge information within the Directorate, ensuring effective dissemination and strategic use of information tools to support customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel and staff performance.
  • Coordinate and disseminate information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement corporate branding.
  • Oversee statistical data coordination.
  • Address complaints and analyze customer insights to enhance service quality.
  • Support project implementation and policy development within the Directorate.

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Management, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving licence.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Computer literacy.

Preferred Requirements

  • Degree (NQF Level 7) in Information Management, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Remuneration

R462 393.60 – R600 186.12 per annum (inclusive of a 13th cheque)
