About the Role
The Receptionist supports our advisers by providing a professional and welcoming environment. Key duties include managing phone calls, booking meetings, handling client files, and ensuring smooth front‑office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and redirect all incoming calls; take, record, and forward messages.
- Reserve and manage boardroom meeting schedules.
- Greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the office.
- Book and confirm appointments for clients or prospects on behalf of advisers.
- Maintain client files: prepare, load, and store documents in the electronic system.
- Produce correspondence and documents for advisers, para‑planners, and practice managers.
- Compile summaries of product and policy information.
- Research product details and provide relevant information.
- Handle and resolve client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
- Prepare insurance review appointments.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed matric (high school) qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or reception, preferably.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Core Competencies
- Excellent client service and telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) and at least one other official South African language.
- Team player with strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Effective time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
