Job Description

The purpose of this position is to support the branch’s targets by delivering efficient and professional customer service in accordance with company quality management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of customer check‑in and check‑out rental transactions, following company, quality control, claims and accident procedures.
  • Create, amend, cancel and monitor reservations as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries both in person and over the phone.
  • Perform administrative duties such as capturing fuel records, VRV’s, non‑revenue items, following up on overdue rentals, scanning, partial billing, fleet movement control, and claims reporting.
  • Manage rental deposits and record all customer lost property recoveries.
  • Oversee security and quality control of vehicles and company property.
  • Identify and report expired licenses, due vehicle service and any issues that do not meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, adhering to housekeeping standards.
  • Carry out additional duties as requested.

Minimum Experience

At least 2 years in front‑office or customer service roles.

Minimum Qualification

NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent).

Additional Requirements

  • Code 8 driver’s licence with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Willingness to work overtime, shifts, and weekends as required.
