Overview
SBV Services is looking for a motivated junior administrator to join our team in Rustenburg. This learnership role focuses on supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of administrative tasks and helping to improve our processes and systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform a range of administrative duties as assigned by the relevant department.
- Generate and maintain records, files, and reports that comply with departmental standards.
- Enter and update information in various systems to keep data bases accurate.
- File and scan paperwork when required.
- Assist with resolving queries and following up on pending items.
Governance and Standards
- Follow SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standards to ensure all processes meet the required quality benchmarks.
- Support our ESG initiatives by reporting and managing environmental, social, and governance requirements.
Culture and Change
- Promote the department’s values and create a positive, enthusiastic work environment.
- Act as a change‑management ambassador during periods of change to maintain business continuity.
- Help integrate business units into smooth end‑to‑end solutions for customers.
- Communicate new processes and procedures clearly and support training or workshops as needed.
Requirements
Preferred:
- 1 year of general administration experience.
- Fluency in MS Office.
- South African citizen.
- Age between 18 and 30.
- Currently unemployed.
Minimum:
- Grade 12 education.
- 3‑year diploma or degree in a relevant field (advantageous).
