About the role
We’re looking for motivated students to join Tiger Brands for a 12‑month workplace experience program. This role will give you hands‑on experience with real projects, help you develop professional skills, and give you an early taste of life in your chosen career path.
What you’ll do
- Support project work across the business.
- Identify and solve problems as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to complete a work‑integrated learning project assigned by your line manager.
- Gain on‑the‑job experience aligned with your career aspirations.
- Take on additional responsibilities to meet business objectives.
Who we’re looking for
You should be:
- A final year student or recent graduate in a relevant field.
- Holding a BCom, BA, BTech, or equivalent NQF qualification in one of the following areas: Marketing Management, Strategic Communications, Business Management, or Finance.
- Citizen in South Africa and based in the hiring city.
- Not have completed more than one year of full‑time work in your field of study.
- Authorized to work in South Africa.
