Job Summary

Join the Clover Engineering team as a Stock Controller and play a key role in keeping our production line running smoothly. Your job will be to manage the supply of engineering parts, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the right components are available at the right time to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control stock movements – ordering, receiving, issuing, and maintaining accurate on‑hand quantities.
• Adhere to stock procedures set by the Regional Head and annual maintenance audit requirements.
• Lead quarterly financial stock counts and coordinate cycle counts (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Ensure the quality of received stock – complete orders, intact parts, and proper documentation.
• Maintain optimal stock levels based on average usage over the past 24 months.
• Report all stock‑related issues promptly.
• Record transactions accurately in the Clover accounting system.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and capture all maintenance system transactions.

Required Qualifications

• Grade 12 or National Certificate.
• Relevant experience in supply and stock control at an entry‑level role.
• Fluent Business English.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
