About the Role

This learnership offers a practical introduction to administration and project support within a growing company. You will assist with day‑to‑day office tasks, data entry, record keeping and customer queries, while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general administrative tasks as assigned by the department.
  • Create and maintain accurate records, files and reports.
  • Enter data into various systems to keep databases current.
  • File or scan paperwork when required.
  • Help resolve queries and follow up on pending issues.

Governance & Quality Standards

  • Follow SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards.
  • Support the company’s ESG initiatives, including reporting and compliance.

Culture & Change Management

Act as a change‑management ambassador during periods of transition, integrating business units, communicating new processes and supporting SMEs.

Requirements

  • Age 18–30, South African citizen, unemployed.
  • At least one year of general administration experience (advantageous).
  • Grade 12 or higher. A 3‑year diploma or degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
