About the Role
This learnership offers a practical introduction to administration and project support within a growing company. You will assist with day‑to‑day office tasks, data entry, record keeping and customer queries, while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general administrative tasks as assigned by the department.
- Create and maintain accurate records, files and reports.
- Enter data into various systems to keep databases current.
- File or scan paperwork when required.
- Help resolve queries and follow up on pending issues.
Governance & Quality Standards
- Follow SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards.
- Support the company’s ESG initiatives, including reporting and compliance.
Culture & Change Management
Act as a change‑management ambassador during periods of transition, integrating business units, communicating new processes and supporting SMEs.
Requirements
- Age 18–30, South African citizen, unemployed.
- At least one year of general administration experience (advantageous).
- Grade 12 or higher. A 3‑year diploma or degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
