About the Role

The YES Learnership offers a temporary (9–12 month) opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience in general administration. You will support various department tasks, maintain records, enter data, and help resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute administration duties as directed by department managers.
  • Generate, update and maintain records, files and reports to agreed standards.
  • Enter information into systems to keep databases current.
  • File and scan paperwork when necessary.
  • Assist with query resolution and follow‑ups.
  • Align with SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standards.
  • Support the company’s ESG initiatives and reporting.
  • Promote the department’s values, fostering enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Act as a change‑management supporter during transitions.
  • Help integrate business units into a single end‑to‑end solution for customers.
  • Communicate new processes and procedures; escalates issues to SMEs when required.
  • Facilitate presentations, workshops or forums for clear communication.

Requirements

Professional:

  • 1 year of general administration experience (preferred).
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • South African citizen.
  • Age 18‑30.
  • Unemployed.

Educational:

  • Grade 12 minimum.
  • 3‑year diploma or degree in a relevant field (preferred).
