About the role

Planet Fitness is looking for a Locker Room Attendant to manage the wet and dry areas of our locker rooms. The role involves keeping the areas clean, ensuring member property is safe, and handling member requests professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of wet and dry locker room areas.
• Ensure all consumables are stocked and equipment functions correctly (steam irons, lockers, soap dispensers, etc.).
• Adhere to brand standards, health and safety policies, and facility protocols.
• Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner, addressing queries and concerns.
• Manage stock control and report any discrepancies.
• Stay updated on company communications, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing personal and professional development activities.

Requirements

Experience as a locker room attendant or similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service are essential.
