About the Job
TRACKER needs a diligent and hard‑working Revenue Assurance Administrator for our Finance Department at the Johannesburg Head Office. You will work closely with a highly motivated team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify completeness and accuracy of all revenue streams, including multi‑system reconciliations, investigations, corrections, root cause analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with BICC and D&E on defect corrections and system enhancements.
- Compare billing data to ensure all billings are complete and accurate.
- Identify and correct all errors and discrepancies.
- Manage daily interface lists, investigating and correcting errors.
- Log requests for technical interventions and enhancements.
- Test system changes and verify functionality.
- Lead ad‑hoc revenue quality assurance projects and produce reports.
- Validate and process pricing requests within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Maintain pricing tables, including price increases.
- Prepare and process month‑end files, journals, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Work cross‑functionally to resolve revenue‑related issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or a related field (degree advantageous).
- Strong Excel skills (Power BI experience a plus).
- High level of accuracy.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results‑oriented and deadline driven.
- Initiative and time management.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure.
- Experience with multi‑source data management and strong analytical skills.
