The name honours Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi—a respected figure in Zulu culture who helped uplift local communities. Construction has already begun and the mall will span 37 000 m² of modern retail space. Inspired by the lush green hills that dominate the region, the architectural design aims to provide a dominant, aspirational shopping experience for Empangeni and the surrounding areas.
