Role Overview

As a Client Service Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for all client interactions, whether via email, phone, or in‑person. Your key mission is to deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders, independent financial advisors (IFAs), and direct investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about investment products and services.
  • Assist clients with investment administration queries.
  • Ensure all communication – verbal and written – meets high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on special projects that enhance client service.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our Microsoft CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or higher; a financial qualification is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance or the investment industry.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of call‑centre or customer‑service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft CRM tools.
