The Role

This position is perfect for a smart, enthusiastic university graduate who wants to jump-start a career in software development. Prime Reason is a leading integration and products company specializing in HR automation. We are looking for a talented, energetic C# and SQL developer to join our team.

In this role you will work closely with our senior technical architect on custom development and integrations for both local and international clients. The job offers opportunities for international travel and long‑term incentives.

Skills and Experience

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of C#.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, XML.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL (able to write simple queries, joins, and updates).
• Knowledge of version control using Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and basic agile concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with development, testing, and deployment of new features and integrations.
• Support configuration and customisation of HR/ERP/Talent systems such as TalentLink.
• Collaborate with senior developers to build and maintain APIs, data mappings, and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve defects, bugs, and performance issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration specifications, and release notes.
• Work with implementation and support teams to translate client requirements into technical tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, stand‑ups, and sprint ceremonies as part of an agile delivery team.
