About the Team
The Technology Enablement team drives digital transformation across Ninety One. We provide tools, solutions and training that allow everyone in the firm to work more efficiently and innovate.
Role Overview
As a Tech Enablement Graduate you will collaborate with teams across the company to design, build and scale technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Co‑design solutions with business teams and scale them to improve efficiency and return on AI investment (ROAI).
- Identify and deliver technology use cases that produce real business outcomes.
- Build and maintain solution accelerators, component libraries, connectors and DevOps pipelines that other teams can adopt.
- Help maintain governance and security standards to enable safe, sustainable innovation.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement and knowledge sharing.
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies and a curiosity to explore their impact on work.
- Hands‑on experience with low‑code or scripting tools such as OpenAI AgentKit, Power Platform, Python or Microsoft Copilot.
- Innovative mindset and problem‑solving skills, translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Collaborative, clear communicator with a passion for continuous learning.
