About the Role
We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Contact Centre team. In this role you will provide world‑class service to players of our online gaming platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer player queries by phone and other communication channels.
- Seek to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Maintain high‑quality communication and follow company policies.
- Complete outbound tasks within required time limits.
- Report any system issues to the Team Leader.
- Work with the team to improve player experience.
- Assist in competitor analysis and suggest service improvements.
- Escalate complex queries to relevant departments.
- Track all communications accurately.
Requirements
- Completed BCom degree.
- Passion for sports and sports betting markets.
- Clear voice and strong written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, internet).
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
- Adaptable to changes in the workplace and industry.
- Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and target‑driven attitude.
- Ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure.
- Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude.
- Good time‑keeping and punctuality.
- Willingness to work shifts on a rotational basis; flexible for overtime if required.
- Own reliable transport.
Additional Information
Because this position involves handling customers’ financial details, a credit and criminal record check will be carried out. Qualification verification will also be performed.
