About the Role
Eskom Generation is recruiting a Graduate in Training (GIT) to join the Compliance & Regulation team at Medupi Power Station. The successful candidate will receive structured, on‑the‑job training and will support the team’s compliance and regulatory functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering Eskom’s policies and procedures.
- Assist with compliance audits and regulatory reporting.
- Support the preparation of compliance documentation and approvals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of national and industry regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Compliance & Regulation department.
Required Qualifications
- Fully completed B Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Information Systems, Quality Management, Law, or Engineering.
- No prior work experience required.
Additional Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and liaising skills.
- Integrity, professionalism, customer focus, politeness, promptness, energy, self‑starter attitude, and assertiveness required.
- Proficiency in Eskom’s policies and procedures is essential.
