Job Overview
The successful candidate will proactively drive sales of pre‑owned vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. The role involves engaging with customers, negotiating sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle sales transactions according to standard operating procedures.
- Identify operational issues, propose solutions, and involve escalation when necessary.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and service level agreements.
- Report on transaction activity to support decision making.
- Adhere to governance and compliance processes (FICA, POPI Act, Customer Protection Act).
- Provide customer support and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Support the design, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns that boost new vehicle sales.
- Negotiate pricing, finalize sales agreements, and follow up with customers.
- Process leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and accurately.
- Manage and reduce potential financial loss through efficient work practices.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (South Africa).
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid South African driver’s licence.
