Job Summary
FNB invites you to join our FirstJob Learner programme. The role is based in Johannesburg and is designed for students who want to combine practical work experience with a formal, registered qualification. As a part‑time learner, you will support various business functions while developing essential research, analysis, administration and process‑improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a registered qualification while gaining real‑world work experience.
- Support business objectives through research, analysis and administrative tasks.
- Identify and report risks or cost concerns that might affect projects.
- Help improve processes and systems to increase operational efficiency.
- Uphold FNB’s shared values, service standards and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) outcomes.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance with company policies.
- Participate actively in team collaboration and continuous learning initiatives.
