About the Internship

We are inviting candidates for a 12‑month internship in our People and Organisation unit. The program is designed to give hands‑on experience in human‑resource management, labour law, labour relations and employment relations. Preference will be given to:

• Applicants from host communities – Baphalane Ba Mantserre, Bakgatla Ba Kgafela, Baphalane Ba Ramokoka, Thabazimbi and Moses Kotane Municipality
• Beneficiaries of existing employees (family members financially dependent on an employee, who are registered with the pension/provident fund)
• Applicants with disabilities (in accordance with our inclusive recruitment policy)

Eligibility

Minimum qualifications:

• National Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor, BTech, Honours or a degree in:
• Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Labour Law, Labour Relations or Employment Relations

All applicants must:

• Provide a copy of their ID and qualifications
• For host‑community applicants: submit proof of residence with the stamp of the relevant tribal office or municipality
• For beneficiary applicants: provide confirmation of dependence from a permanent employee

All candidates will undergo a Medical Fitness Test and relevant assessments.
