Job Overview
You will be an essential member of our finance team, helping with the daily operations of the Sales Ledger. Your work will support Games Global and the Group by keeping accurate financial records and following clear procedures under the guidance of your line manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices using the billing software.
- Review invoice calculations and credit rebates before sending them to customers.
- Update the billing system each month with any changes to customer contracts.
- Launch new operators by setting up their contracts in the billing software.
- Enter monthly operator promotions into the billing system.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue share calculations for third‑party developers and branded content owners.
- Ensure all billing tasks are completed by monthly deadlines.
- Investigate and respond to customer queries quickly, escalating when necessary.
- Assist partnership managers and other stakeholders with ad‑hoc queries.
- Support other team members as required.
Required Skills
- Strong numeracy and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office and financial software.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to prioritise workload.
- Agile and adaptable to new processes and challenges.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a similar billing or finance role.
