Job Description
As a Sales Representative for new vehicles, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who are interested in the latest VW models. Your role will involve greeting prospects, demonstrating features, and closing sales while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. You will also build long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into satisfied customers using proven sales strategies.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, organized test drives, and highlight the unique benefits of each vehicle.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Follow up post‑sale to confirm customer satisfaction and identify cross‑sell or referral opportunities.
- Stay current on new vehicle models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Maintain precise customer records and sales reports in the company’s CRM system.
- Adhere to all company sales policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM software and other sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
