About the Role

You will be a key member of Bolt’s rapidly growing support team, providing top‑quality assistance to our customers and partners across ride‑hailing, food delivery, rentals and more. Your primary focus will be to resolve issues quickly and professionally, whether online or in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer a supportive, friendly experience to Bolt’s customers and partners via chat, email, phone or face‑to‑face interactions.
• Resolve problems promptly, using Bolt’s best practices and your own sound judgment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
• Provide constructive feedback and ideas to improve our support processes.
• Play an active role in shaping a world‑class customer experience for Ride, Food, Rentals, and other business lines.

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence and experience handling both online and in‑person support interactions.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (other South African languages are a plus).
• Attention to detail, composure under pressure, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to follow structured processes while delivering a personalised customer experience.
• Drive, intelligence, and integrity – experience is valuable but not mandatory.
