About the Role

Fidelity Services Group is looking for young, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Learnership Security Officers. This programme provides comprehensive training and hands‑on experience in security operations, including monitoring, patrolling, incident response, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to spot suspicious activity.
• Patrol designated areas to maintain safety and security.
• Report any breaches or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist employees and visitors who need help or information.
• Complete all required training and coursework in the learnership program.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Psira certificate grade C.
• Minimum Grade 10 education.
• Previous UIF contribution required.
• Preferred age range: 18‑27 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Willingness to engage in a structured training program.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
