About the Role

As a member of Hollywoodbets’ Purple Team, you will support the smooth operation of our retail activities. You will manage a range of administrative tasks, helping to keep our systems accurate, processes efficient, and the team productive.

Your Responsibilities

  • User Rights Management: Validate and update user rights and roles in SyX & HIS systems, communicate changes to IT, and maintain accurate records.
  • Branch Creation and Closure: Handle all stages of opening and closing new branches, ensuring updates on all necessary platforms.
  • Operational Database Maintenance: Maintain the HIS database, managing Self‑Exclusions, Customer Bans, and Terms & Conditions for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Voucher Process: Print, distribute, and record approved vouchers within specified timelines.
  • Regional Information: Regularly update and maintain regional data accessible to relevant departments.
  • Branch Visits: Conduct visits to understand operations, address issues proactively, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Report Consolidation: Prepare and consolidate reports requested by management, providing actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Learn and implement new techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ad‑hoc Support: Assist the Retail Operations & Management Team with administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion.

What You’ll Need

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bonus Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative management experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Relevant diploma or degree.
