Program Overview
This 12-month learnership combines theoretical education with practical workplace experience, culminating in a FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification. Successful candidates will rotate through essential insurance operations while receiving structured training.

Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Mathematics (50%+)/Maths Literacy (60%+)
- English First Language (50%+)
- Second Language (50%+)
Additional Requirements:
- Aged 18-25 years
- No prior completed learnerships
- Not currently enrolled in tertiary studies
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email)
- Excellent verbal/written English skills
