Job Description
Pedros Chicken is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Store Administrator to support our daily store operations in Burgersfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Capture invoices and Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) on the POS system.
- Collate daily cash-up reports.
- Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
- Generate reports for management.
- Place orders for uniforms.
- Respond to emails and general queries.
- Aid with general store administration tasks as required.
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
