Job Description

Pedros Chicken is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Store Administrator to support our daily store operations in Burgersfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Capture invoices and Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) on the POS system.
  2. Collate daily cash-up reports.
  3. Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
  4. Generate reports for management.
  5. Place orders for uniforms.
  6. Respond to emails and general queries.
  7. Aid with general store administration tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
