About Nimble Credit Solutions

We help businesses manage cash flow with tech‑driven debt recovery and credit management solutions. Our approach combines data, automation, and human expertise to deliver real financial results for our clients.

Position Overview

The Telesales Agent will prospect, qualify, and close sales over the phone, working closely with Business Development Managers. You will engage decision‑makers across a variety of industries, introduce our services, and turn leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • Present Nimble’s products and services in a professional, persuasive manner.
  • Identify client needs and match them with the right solution.
  • Keep up‑to‑date on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Accurately update CRM records with all client interactions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Nimble brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of telesales experience in financial services, insurance, or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and manage objections confidently.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Matric certificate required; a qualification in Business, Finance, or Marketing is an advantage.

Working Hours

Work is a maximum of 45 hours per week, structured as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: up to 9 hours per day (when a Saturday is not worked) and up to 8 hours per day (when a Saturday is worked). Schedules fall between 07:00 and 20:30, as agreed by management.
  • Saturdays: up to 6 hours per day on up to 2 Saturdays per month, between 08:00 and 14:00, as agreed by management.
